How long will I need to wait for delivery?
Delivery of a wholesale order usually takes between 20-30 days, if you pay our priority delivery fee, you will get your order within 10 days.
How long does delivery take?
This will be relative to your location. More details please ref our delivery. If there are significant delays due to availability of the products in your order we will let you know as soon as possible.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order is USD4000. If you order will not reach our MOQ, we will request USD:200.00 handling charge for each order.

Our company is registered in HK. It is strict manage by HK government. You can inquire about our company information for the government website. Also if you have chance to China. We welcome you to visit our factory.

What do we do about breakages,damaged or miss items?
We sell giftware, so it is inevitable that the odd piece of merchandise can get broken and miss in transit. If this happens please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order details. And we will sort it out for you as soon as possible. We check every order before it is send, so we do not expect problems like this to arise very often.
Once I've placed an order, can I cancel it?
